This includes tile replacement, Pointing, a flexible material used to join ridges and roof tiles, and Roof bedding, the concrete mortar that keeps roofing materials intact. If required, we can also replace damaged valleys and flashing around applicable areas.

PAINTING

Remarkable Roof Restoration prides itself on using high-quality membrane material to coat your roof. Unlike generic paint, which produces lower film thickness and protection against weathering, you can be assured that your roof is coated in a long-lasting colour of your choice with one layer of primer and two layers of membrane coat.

DRIVEWAY SEALING

Remarkable roof restoration utilises a three-step process to clean, prepare, and seal driveways to a colour of your choice. It starts with a 3500psi pressure clean of the driveway, followed by a hydrochloric acid wash and two layers of Nu-Tech driveway sealer, which prevents oxidation from harmful UV sun rays.
